1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ of stationery depends on the specific product. For some simple products, we have almost no MOQ limit, as long as you have a need, tell us the product and quantity, we will try our best to meet your requirements.
2. Can I customize the product with logo or packaging?
Yes! We provide logo printing, color customization and private packaging services. Just send us your artwork or design ideas, and leave the rest to us.
3. Can I get samples before bulk ordering?
Of course. Most products provide samples. Some are free, some may require a small fee (refundable after bulk ordering), and the shipping cost is usually borne by the buyer.
4. How long does it take to produce?
Usually, it takes 7-30 days after receiving payment and confirming the design. For urgent orders, we will try our best to speed up the processing.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), and for small trial orders, we can provide flexible solutions such as XTransfer.
